To be honest, in my 60+ years, I've had contact with many real estate agents and learned from experience that so many do not represent their profession with integrity or high standards, unfortunately. But to my surprise and relief, Dave was completely the opposite and, as a result, provided me with confidence and comfort throughout our listing process and eventual sale of our complicated situation with amazing results!
